1. Product Overview
Our injection molds are the core process equipment used for mass production of plastic parts. It uses high-temperature molten plastic to be injected into a precisely machined cavity under high pressure. After cooling and solidification, it is ejected to obtain a product exactly the same as the design. We focus on the field of small and medium-sized, high-precision molds, ensuring that the products maintain outstanding consistency and stability from the first mold to the last mold.

Design ability
The entire process of digital design is carried out using industry-leading 3D CAD (such as UG/NX, Pro-E) and CAE mold flow analysis software (such as Moldflow).
Intervene in the early stage of product development, conduct moldability analysis (DFM), optimize the product structure, prevent potential defects, and save costs and time for customers.
Skilled in complex structure design: lateral core-pulling, sliders, inclined tops, thread demolding, gas-assisted molding, two-color/multi-color molds, etc.
Manufacturing precision
The processing accuracy of key components can reach ±0.002mm, ensuring precise mold fit and stable dimensions of the formed products.
We adopt various surface treatment processes such as mirror polishing (#A1 grade), embossing (VDI3400/ texture etching), and sunbathing to meet the diverse appearance requirements of the products.
Key components and materials
Mold frame: Select standard Longji (LKM) or custom high-stiffness mold frames to ensure long-term operational stability.
Mold core/mold core: According to product requirements, high-quality mold steels such as 718H, S136, NAK80, H13, etc. are selected from Swedish ASSAB, Japanese Daido, German Groditz, etc.
Hot runner system: In collaboration with top brands such as Mold Masters and Inseh, we integrate highly efficient and energy-saving hot runner systems to reduce waste and enhance injection molding efficiency.
Standard parts: High-quality standard parts such as MISUMI and PUNCH are adopted to ensure the reliability and service life of the mold movement.
Quality control
Full-process quality control, from the inspection of steel materials upon their entry into the warehouse to the final mold testing.
Equipped with three-coordinate measuring machines (CMM), precision height gauges, projectors and other inspection devices, it ensures processing accuracy.
Strict mold testing process: Mold testing is completed on our own or customer-specified injection molding machines, and a detailed mold testing report (including samples, process parameters and improvement suggestions) is provided.
